"Sweet Shoppe Banner"

All you need is a little creativity and some scrap booking paper...

1.  Cut out basic shapes to create cool designs. 

2.  Place on top of some pretty paper to compliment the theme of your picture, (like this polka dot paper.) 

3.  Use your rub on stencils/transfers to add cute sayings and text.

I made these three pictures for my daughter's room. I took the design for the gumball machine from one of her t-shirts.

You can use basic shapes and colors to create designs for cool art, even if you are not artistic.  Borrow inspiration from children's literature, clothing and of course---the Internet.
